The 1701 K Street Hotel is located at the northeast corner of 17th Street and K Street in Sacramento. It will consist of 154 rooms. The building is envisioned as a 7-story structure, at approximately 86,000 SF.

The primary exterior material will be cement plaster, complemented by accents of either metal panels or cement board to introduce different textures and materials to enhance the streetscape.
​
Currently, the project is the planning phase.
