The design of this El Dorado Hills-based car care products distributor utilizes tilt-up concrete wall panels, horizontal glazing and corrugated metal siding laid horizontally to create a striking contemporary design.
Program requirements included 8,000 sf of administrative offices and 8,000 sf of warehouse space. A unique feature of the facility is a tiered training center surrounding an auto display area where the company's care products may be demonstrated for buyers representing industry retailers.
