The project provides 40 parking spaces, maintaining a 1:1 ratio.
The building's exterior incorporates horizontal siding in two distinct colors, along with cement plaster. The massing is designed to break down into smaller scales, blending harmoniously with the neighboring single-family homes. The small-scale cubic forms are linked together, with a brick-clad base creating a horizontal layer beneath the cubic modules.
Overall, the project embraces a contemporary style that complements its surroundings, utilizing materials such as thin brick, cement board siding, and cement plaster.
