The Fast-track project is a new $18 M, 36,000sf, 2 story office building on a greenfield site in Northern California. The new building includes a Data Center, Control Room for operations monitoring, and open office area. The building exterior is composed of precast concrete panels and curtain wall glazing. The building was done Design/Build with Turner Construction and with Vanir providing Construction Management services. The project was completed in 2016.
