This 2,400 sf Tenant Improvement for the Sacramento Branch of Cathay Bank is a complete renovation of the interior space in an existing building. The work included Architectural, Interior, and Space Planning Design. The branch features a new teller counter, a vault, cash room, employee lounge, and a meeting room. The space was designed with a high ceiling in the customer area and a contemporary teller counter to reflect the clients requirement to update their image.
