RONLER PARKING STRUCTURE
BEAVERTON, OR
This is a proposal for a 2,500 stall employee parking facility for a major semiconductor company located in Beaverton, Oregon. The structure’s location at the edge of the campus presented an array of design challenges, as existing berms and height limitations required a very efficient parking configuration to maximize the parking count. Due to the proximity of the structure to nearby residential areas, exterior cladding materials were carefully selected and placed to create a pleasing composition while shielding views of cars and headlight glare. Major building elements include a structural steel frame, cast concrete parking decks, and corrugated steel exterior wall panels.
