The old warehouse is adaptive reuse for the brewery in Elk Grove, CA. Currently, Dust Bowl Brewing Company operates the building. The 6,000 sf of the existing warehouse is converted into the brewery with 7,000 sf of outdoor seatings. The building underwent an extensive seismic upgrade including steel columns and bracings, the roof truss, and the foundation. Most brick walls are saved to retain the original character. This project is a part of the old town revitalization plan. The new openings with the outdoor canopy structure were added to connect the inside seating to the outside.
