Each two-story unit features a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor. Residents can enjoy private balcony and patio spaces. The exterior design includes vertical board-and-batten, horizontal siding, and a cement plaster finish, with accent details in brick. A combination of angled and flat rooflines adds to the building's distinct visual character.
