The Hilton Homewood Suite is a six-story, 133-room hotel with 85,660 square feet of space featuring indoor fitness and outdoor yoga areas, an outdoor bbq, and fire pits. A distinguishing feature is the inclusion of full kitchens in every room.

The lobby is strategically positioned on the corner of the street to ensure heightened visibility from the prominent Highway 50.

 

The hotel's exterior showcases a blend of materials. The combination of thin brick and cement plaster imparts a sense of sophistication, while the vertical pattern of cement board cladding adds a touch of visual attention. To enhance the building's visual appeal further, inset windows with accent colors are incorporated, lending an element to the corner massing.

 

This project embodies functionality and aesthetic appeal, making it a destination for travelers.

HRGA completed the entitlement phase in 2022.
