The four-story, 140-room Hyatt House Hotel, built for extended stays, showcases a contemporary architectural style and modern guest amenities. Its L-shaped layout optimizes space, creating an inviting, enclosed courtyard or outdoor area that includes the pool and lounge facilities.

The hotel's design blends metal panels and tile finishes, highlighted by a signature corner tower that serves as a visual centerpiece. The tower, complemented by a large canopy, further elevates the hotel's sleek, modern look.

 

The project was completed in 2023.
