The proposed four-story building spans 61,500 square feet and includes 114 rooms, with a lobby that offers a lounge, fitness center, and outdoor pool, all set on a 2.29-acre lot. The site also provides 114 parking spaces.

 

The exterior features cement plaster with varying reveal spacings, cement board siding, and an accent stone veneer at the entrance. The building’s unique style is defined by its massing, material selection, textures, color contrasts, vertical elements, and a curved porte-cochere. The project is currently in the permit drawing phase.
