marriott springhill SUITEs
TURLOCK, CA
The hotel was rebranded with neutral colors to downplay the ornate trims, creating a visual focus on the main porte-cochère and tower. While the hotel remains inviting, it still maintains a residential ambiance to ensure guest comfort.
The project involves converting the existing three-story, 41,400-square-foot, 73-room hotel into a Marriott TownePlace Suites in Turlock, CA, with completion in 2024. The outdated porte-cochere was redesigned with clean lines, and a neutral paint color was chosen to soften the decorative architectural trim details. It is reopened in 2024.
