HRGA

The project consists of a five-story residential building with 95 market-rate apartments, set above an underground parking garage. With a total building area of 133,000 square feet, the design prioritizes generous private and shared outdoor spaces, fostering a vibrant and community-oriented living experience for residents.

 

The top-level common lounge and patio are created to offer glimpses of the Sacramento River and Tower Bridge through the surrounding buildings. At ground level, the residential lobby with amenity spaces offer a strong connection between the different phases of the development.

 

The architectural design is articulated through massing that complements the adjacent development while maintaining a unique identity. The facade incorporates private balconies and a mix of materials and proportions, establishing a rhythm that enhances the building's aesthetic and functional appeal.
