This is a three-story 78-unit market-rate apartment project on a vacant lot in Rocklin. The one single block is wrapped around the whole block, complemented by a community building/management office building. The open space behind the building helps neighbor interaction, enhancing the sense of neighborhood. The juxtaposition of bold colors and unique roof shapes express a freshness and vitality while reaming responsive to budget constraints. The project is planning phase.
