The proposed apartment is located at the corner of 21st Street and Q Street in Sacramento. It features 246 market-rate apartment units, including Live/Work spaces on the ground floor, as well as 125 subterranean parking spaces. The total building area spans 290,000 square feet, and the structure is proposed to be built using six-story wood construction (Type III-A) with an AMMR on the ground floor.

 

The ground level offers a range of amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool with an adjacent courtyard, a fitness room, and a lounge area. The design emphasizes the pedestrian experience, featuring a transparent storefront at the residential lobby and a welcoming frontage along 21st Street. To reduce the visual scale of the building along 22nd Street, the massing steps down by one level, incorporating an outdoor patio space.
