The project proposes a six-story plus basement building at 2123 Q Street. The 289,000 sf building is designed as type IA and IIIA construction and comprises two hundred and thirty-two (232) units consisting of 64 studios, 99 one-bedrooms, 58 two-bedrooms, and 11 three-bedroom units. It will have 125 parking stalls on the basement level.
The building massing and design language mark the building as contemporary. The design emphasizes the pedestrian level with a transparent storefront at the residential lobby and frontage along 21st Street. The project is in the conceptual design phase only.
