The Grove is a three-story, 85,000-square-foot apartment building featuring 78 market-rate units and 156 parking spaces. Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, and a dedicated dog area.

 

Designed in accordance with the Quarry District Guidelines, the architecture highlights key features like sloped gable roofs, varied stone base heights, and shifts in the building façade to create visual interest. Projecting balconies add to the design. The exterior primarily consists of stone veneer, cement plaster, and a board-and-batten finish.
